1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of FastBall, the one-tap arcade mini game provided by LIU ZAVERI LLC, a company registered in Utah, United States (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This version of the terms covers FastBall’s TikTok edition 1.0.0, including its test and preview builds.

Please read these terms before playing. By choosing to use FastBall, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Our Privacy Policy explains the current game’s data practices.

2. Eligibility and TikTok

You must meet the age, account, regional and access requirements that TikTok applies to Mini Games, and any additional requirements under local law. Where parental or guardian permission is required, obtain it before playing. Preview access may be limited to authorized test users.

Your use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok’s own terms and policies. FastBall is independently provided by LIU ZAVERI LLC; these terms are not TikTok’s terms. We cannot grant access to a region or account that TikTok does not support.

3. The game and local progress

FastBall is a single-player timing game: tap to switch sides, avoid obstacles, progress through stages and improve your personal best. The current edition has no in-game purchases, paid virtual currency, cash prizes, developer-integrated advertising or world leaderboard.

Best scores, achievements and difficulty adaptation are stored in the game’s local storage on your device. Local run metadata can also be retained. This is not an operator-provided cloud save service. Clearing game or app data, reinstalling, changing devices, or platform storage changes can remove progress; we cannot promise to recover local records.

Features such as sound, vibration and sharing depend on device and TikTok support. Platform loading and sharing may require internet access even though gameplay rules and local records do not rely on our own online server.

4. Permission to play and fair use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable law.

  • Do not use the game for unlawful purposes or infringe another person’s rights.
  • Do not interfere with its operation, distribute malicious code, or exploit bugs to misrepresent scores or obtain unauthorized access.
  • Do not sell, redistribute or commercially exploit the game or its assets without permission. This does not restrict rights that applicable law gives you.

The game’s code, artwork, music and branding are owned by us or used under applicable licenses. Third-party software remains subject to its own license terms.

5. Optional sharing

If you choose to share or copy a game link using a supported TikTok feature, game text and your personal-best score may be included in the shared content or link. Consider what you share and with whom. TikTok controls the availability and delivery of its sharing features.

The current TikTok edition does not provide an in-game chat or a friend leaderboard. A local score is not a certified competition result and has no monetary value.

6. Updates and availability

We may fix bugs, adjust balance, change features or discontinue a test build. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, permanent availability of previews, or a particular gameplay result. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes.

If we introduce purchases, advertisements, accounts or new online data features, we will update the relevant information before those features apply. Their possible future introduction does not mean they exist in this edition.

7. Responsibility and your rights

Play responsibly, take breaks and stop if you experience discomfort. You are responsible for your device, connectivity and any applicable data charges.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is supplied on an “as available” basis without a promise that it will be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights, mandatory warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not require you to waive access to a court or a consumer protection authority.

8. Stopping use and changes to terms

You may stop using FastBall at any time. See the Privacy Policy for information about local data and contacting us. We or the hosting platform may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, security concerns or legal requirements, subject to applicable law and platform rules.

We will publish revised terms on this page with an updated effective date and provide additional notice when required. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.

9. Contact

For game support, questions about these terms, or complaints, contact LIU ZAVERI LLC at llj175483505@gmail.com. Please identify FastBall and describe the issue. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or identity documents.
