1. Who we are and scope
LIU ZAVERI LLC, registered in Utah, United States, provides FastBall. This Privacy Policy explains data handling in the current TikTok edition 1.0.0, including test and preview builds, and enquiries you send to us. We are responsible for personal information we receive and use for those enquiries.
This policy does not describe the separate WeChat edition. TikTok’s processing of information on its platform is governed by its own privacy policy. Our company website also has a separate website privacy notice.
2. Information kept on your device
The game reads and writes local storage to make play and progress work. The current edition can store:
- Your personal-best score and earned achievement identifiers.
- A gameplay difficulty profile used to adapt the challenge. This describes game performance, not your identity or interests for advertising.
- A best-run record, including a generated run identifier, score, elapsed simulation ticks, cleared obstacles, game-balance version, generation seed and completion time.
- A save-migration marker used to preserve compatible older local records.
These records remain in the game’s local storage; the current TikTok edition does not upload them to an operator-run leaderboard or cloud-save server. The run identifier is generated for a game run and is not a TikTok account identifier. Gameplay also processes taps and timing in memory while a run is active.
3. TikTok and optional device features
TikTok delivers the mini game and manages your platform account, access, technical environment and platform services. TikTok may process account, device, usage, network and diagnostic information under its own policies. Our local-first game design does not mean that TikTok processes no data.
The current FastBall game code does not request your TikTok profile, friend list, contacts, precise location, camera, microphone or payment information, and does not implement its own account login, advertising SDK or analytics SDK. It uses supported audio and vibration features for game feedback; playing sounds does not require recording your microphone.
For TikTok’s applicable privacy information and account controls, use TikTok’s in-app settings and TikTok Privacy Policy. TikTok may make platform-level information available to developers under its own services; this policy does not treat those platform services as part of local game storage.
5. Information you send to us
If you contact llj175483505@gmail.com, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to include. We use them to respond, investigate a problem, handle a privacy request and maintain necessary correspondence. Our email provider processes messages to deliver and store email.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on our legitimate interests in providing support and keeping the service secure, on fulfilling a request connected with our service where necessary, or on compliance with a legal obligation, as applicable. We do not ask for passwords, full payment details or identity documents. Please remove other people’s information from screenshots before sending them.
6. Disclosure and processing locations
We do not sell personal information or use the current game to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our email and website hosting providers may process information to supply their services. We may disclose information we actually hold where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate abuse or address a security issue.
Local game records are on your device. TikTok, email delivery and website hosting have their own infrastructure and processing locations, which may be outside your country. Registration of LIU ZAVERI LLC in the United States does not establish where those providers process information. This policy does not promise that all information is stored in any one country.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer of personal information for which we are responsible, those requirements apply. Contact us for information about a particular enquiry or processing arrangement.
7. Retention and security
Local records remain until the game or platform replaces them, or you clear the relevant local data. They are not a guaranteed backup and can be lost when app storage is cleared or a device changes.
We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the enquiry, follow up on related issues and meet applicable legal obligations. The relevant period depends on the enquiry and any obligation to retain it. You may ask us to delete correspondence we hold.
We limit the information requested for support and use available access protections for our services. No device, email system or online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
- You can choose not to share a score or send a support email.
- You can use available TikTok or device controls to clear the game’s local data. Clearing data can permanently remove progress. We cannot remotely inspect, export or erase records held only on your device.
- For information we hold, contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy, where those rights apply under your local law. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent.
- For data held by TikTok, use its privacy settings or request process. For device backups, use your device or backup provider’s controls.
Send privacy requests to llj175483505@gmail.com with the subject “FastBall privacy request”. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request concerns you, and will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will explain if a legal exception prevents fulfilling a request. You may complain to your local data protection authority where applicable; we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Younger players
FastBall on TikTok is for users who meet TikTok’s applicable Mini Games access requirements and the requirements of their local law. It is not intended to bypass platform age restrictions. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children below the applicable minimum age.
If you believe a child has sent us personal information that should not have been collected, a parent or guardian can contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
10. Changes and contact
We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change, and provide further notice or request consent where required. New features such as accounts, remote leaderboards, advertising or purchases require an updated assessment and notice before they apply. Their mention here does not mean they are enabled.
